Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on contact forms, membership applications, surveys and other forms;
  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others;

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our members and contacts to anyone, except as permitted by law.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Giving consent for others

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those members of NSBCPA who need to know that information to provide services to you.  We may use your information provided to provide statistical analysis regarding diversity in the CPA profession and other analysis, but no personal identifying information is disclosed outside of our organization without your prior consent.  

Third-parties applications

We may share your information with various third party applications that we use to provide you with services.  We ensure that any third party service providers we share you information with have safeguards in place to protect your information.
